If you want to save on pre-paid service plan and receive it for free, no problem! That’s okay!

Book cruise of your choice with us and your personal cruise adviser will “pick up” you after payment.

If you made a payment and then realized that you made a mistake – it’s not “your” cruise line, or not “your” ship and especially not “your” stateroom that you dreamed about.

Without panic! If the deposit is refundable, we can fix it easily. You’re our client!

If your deposit is not-refundable or you paid in full, we will try our best to correct your mistake with a minimal financial cost.

We will also help you:

  • We will lower the cost of your cruise if the price drops after you paid a deposit before the final payment;
  • After you paid your deposit or in full, your personal cruise advisor will answer all your questions about the upcoming cruise by phone, email or messenger. She will help you to arrange your dinner reservations in specialty restaurants as well as food restrictions if any, activities on board and on shore.
  • Assistance with cruise check-in (on request);
  • Booking shows and activities for Oasis and Quantum class ships.
