  • Cruise line, ship, and stateroom/suite recommendations from your personal CLIA-certified cruise consultant up to three choices;
  • Help from our call-center 24/7;
  • In-person/phone/online counseling provided by your personal CLIA-certified cruise consultant -two sessions up to 30 minutes each;
  • Booking dining and the different packages for your cruise (alcoholic and non-alcoholic, Internet);
  • Booking activities and shore excursions;
  • Booking private and exotic activities and shore excursions;
  • Arranging all details of your trip: pre- and post-cruise, transfers, air, hotel, activities, excursions and car rental;
  • Communication with the butler (in case of suite booking where this service is offered);
  • Planning weddings, anniversaries, celebrations on board (up to 32 people).
