Most of cruise tours don’t include air transportation.

Certain tours include, as specified on “Tour Includes”, domestic airfares within Europe. The applicable taxes in conjunction with airline tickets are included in the tour prices and will be reassessed separately at the time of booking. Airfare if necessary, must be paid in full at time of booking.

Some itineraries include rail transportation in second class couch. Upgrade to the first class is available upon request.

The per person rates are based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room with private facilities.

A limited number of single rooms (at a supplement) and triple rooms (often, but not always, at a reduction) are available. Hotel service charges and VAT taxes are included in the tour price.

In most cases hotel grades are based on the Local Tourist Authority ratings and our own evaluation. However, with the highly individual character of hotels, differences do arise between hotels of the same grading. Please also bear in mind that European standards are not necessarily the same as in the USA. A first-class rating in the USA usually denotes a higher degree of luxury if compared to European standards.

Furthermore, hotel standards in European countries vary from country to country. It is standard policy in Europe that hotel rooms are not available for check-in before 2:00 p.m.

City tax (tourism tax) is a small fee charged to visitors by the municipality. Each municipality decide how much they charge. City taxes are collected by hotels and are not included into cruisetour.

As specified in each itinerary, the per person prices are based on two persons sharing an air-conditioned, inside stateroom with two lower beds, private facilities and all meals.

A limited number of single staterooms (at a supplement) and triple and quod staterooms (at a reduction) are available.

Stateroom upgrades are available at a supplement.

Transfers at the beginning and end of the tours are not included when arrival and departure dates and/or flight(s) have been changed.

As indicated in each itinerary, using motor coach transportation or other conveyance when required.
